Booking Deposits are required to secure your booking and are non-refundable.
Security Deposits (damage deposit) are refunded and repaid within 14 days of vacation from the property. If you have to cancel your holiday for whatever reason your security deposit will be refunded in full.
If you have to cancel your holiday we will require written confirmation of this immediately by post or email.
If you cancel your holiday more than 8 weeks before the commencement date, your security deposit will be refunded to you, minus the booking deposit of £50.
If you cancel your holiday within 8 weeks of commencement and have paid in full for your holiday, we will try to re-let the property on your behalf, on re-let you will be refunded with 75% of the cost of the holiday minus your booking deposit. (Booking deposits are non refundable). Please be aware that no refund can be made if the property is not re-let.
If we have to cancel your booking we will try to offer you an alternative date, if this is not suitable for your requirements we will refund all monies paid by you including the booking deposit
