This is excellent accommodation. The information Natalie provided prior to the stay was excellent – communication was fantastic. We loved the peaceful situation on the lake – you would not know you were in a holiday park and yet all the facilities were around a 5 minute walk. It is truly superb standard – everything you need and beautifully presented. Lovely and warm with an en-suite to the main bedroom, walk-in wardrobes to both bedrooms and a TV in the second bedroom. I could not recommend it more – fantastic
We had a great weekend getaway here. Lovely place to stay and much larger than we expected which was brilliant. Having coffee each morning out on the balcony overlooking the lake was a perfect way to start the day. Location is excellent for all the main historic attractions in the area such as Lindisfarne and Bamburgh castle. Couldn’t fault it, thank you.

Absolutely fab holiday home. We had a great week here. Loads to do on site and this holiday house is beautiful and very comfortable.
Everything has been thought of from the wee coffee and tea stuff to a lovely big living area with TV and Wifi.
I would thoroughly recommend this lovely holiday home.

Booked a last minute holiday in the lodge and we couldn’t believe how lovely it was. So spacious, clean and modern. Excellent lakeside position and very quiet. Beds are very comfy, kitchen has everything you need. Very relaxing surroundings. We were so impressed we booked an extra night. Definitely felt like a home from home. Can’t wait to go back!
We had a lovely stay. The place was very clean and tidy and has fantastic living space. The kitchen is fully equipped, so if you are looking to cook a big family meal it’s not a problem. Great communication with owner. She was just at the end of the phone if we needed anything. Found the location on the site very nice, probably one of the best spots at Haggerston Castle overlooking the lake. We went in November and the weather was starting to get cold and wet. Kids loved the Nintendo Wii when the rain came down though. Unfortunately, the campsite was closed for visitors who book through Haven, so wasn’t much to do on the site as most was shutting down so pick your weekend wisely if you want all the facilities. We were there to get out and about and see some of Northumberland and Borders. We visited Berwick, Bamburgh Castle and Holly Island for the sunset and a pint in the pub called the Crown & Anchor. We would definitely stay again.
